At Bikeboxbuddy.com we are committed to looking after both those booking and the items owners.
We understand that circumstances may arise when you have to cancel your trip and no longer have need of a bike box.
In the event of that happening you must immediately inform the box owner via email (their details are on your booking email and available on the site) as well as sending a copy of the email to email@example.com
REMEMBER - IN EVENT OF ANY CANCELLATION BEING REQUIRED, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON BOOKING TO INFORM THE BOX OWNER AND BIKE BOX BUDDY
- If the cancellation is less than 7 calendar days before the hire is due to commence, you will lose your booking fee and the owner will receive the fee as though the booking had taken place.
- If you cancel between 21 days and 7 calendar days before the start of your booking, you will loose half (50%) of your booking fee with the balance again going to the owner.
- If you cancel up to 21 days prior to your booking, your booking fee will be refunded minus the transaction fees.
Your deposit will be returned to you in the event of a cancellation minus any transaction fee which would normally be paid for by the item's owner.
